4.1 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

4.2 Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Power Tools: Must be in original, unopened packaging. Used tools cannot be returned for safety reasons.
2. Fixtures (Toilets/Sinks): Must not have been installed or connected to plumbing. Once water has passed through a unit, it is considered “used.”
3. Kitchen Storage: Must be in original condition.

4.3 Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Due to the complexity of inspecting heavy fixtures and power tools, a 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

4.4 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
