3.1 Handling and Processing
Because items like Toilets and Sinks are fragile and heavy, and Power Tools contain sensitive components, our processing time is 3-5 business days to ensure rigorous quality control and specialized packaging.
3.2 Shipping Methods and Heavy Goods
- Standard Items: (Kitchen Storage) 7-14 business days.
- Oversized Goods: (Toilets, Large Sinks) May require freight shipping and take 10-20 business days.
- Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
3.3 International Shipping & Customs
We ship globally. However, the customer is the “Importer of Record” and is responsible for all VAT, Customs Duties, and Import Taxes. These are not included in our shipping rates.
3.4 Damage in Transit
Given the nature of porcelain (Toilets) and metal (Sinks), please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, you must report it within 48 hours with photo evidence to initiate a claim.
